Our multidisciplined team of Engineers, Designers, Certified Energy Managers, and Certified Measurement and Verification Professionals, brings together expertise from engineering design firms, ESCO’s, consulting firms and utilities.  Each member of the team can boast at least 20 years of experience which they will use to provide you with an optimal energy solution for your building. 

Michael Martin, P.Eng., Master Planning, Concept Development, Contract Negotiations, Energy Performance Consulting

Michael has extensive experience in building and leading teams of multi-disciplined professionals in the development of complex energy solutions for customers as well as establishing key business relationships and industry alliances. 

During the past thirty-five years Michael has been involved with engineering design, energy consulting firms, and ESCO’s.  His experience ranges from fundamental energy research and engineering analysis to the development of detailed energy management and facility upgrade strategies for government and private clients.  

Mechanical/HVAC Engineers

With industry experience responsible for feasibility studies, designs and preparation of final drawings and specifications, and commissioning of HVAC systems in industrial and commercial buildings.  Our engineers will be responsible for ensuring that the proposed energy solutions meet your needs with respect to constructability, codes and standards.

Electrical/Lighting Designers

Involved in many large-scale institutional and commercial lighting design projects. Expert lighting designers will leverage their expertise to ensure that cost effective lighting solutions and lighting control strategies are designed for our clients.

Measurement and Verification Specialists

Certified Energy Managers and Certified Measurement and Verification Professionals will be able to analyze building HVAC, lighting and other equipment energy consumption to identify energy savings opportunities as well as be responsible for the measurement and verification of Annual Energy Savings Guarantees for the ongoing Energy Performance Contract projects.
